State-Thomas Historic District
Sunday, April 13 – Noon to 4 p.m.

Save the date for the 2014 Spring Tour highlighting the State-Thomas Historic District! Do not miss this unique opportunity to visit a superb collection of houses in one of Dallas’ oldest neighborhoods.

The afternoon will begin at Hotel ZaZa Art House and Social Gallery with refreshments and a symposium. The discussion will be led by author Virginia McAlester, author Judy Smith Hearst and State-Thomas resident Patricia Meadows. They will discuss the timeline of the neighborhoods transition to an historic district. You will be intrigued by the preservation efforts of this urban oasis in the hub of the city. We are honored to have Gables Residential as our Title Sponsor this year.

Check-in begins at Noon for refreshments and the symposium. The symposium begins at 12:30 p.m., and the tour starts immediately afterward. Attendees are REQUIRED to check in at Hotel ZaZa Art House and Social Gallery, 2400 McKinney Avenue. Street parking in State-Thomas is abundant and we highly encourage walking the neighborhood!

Reservations are required and non-refundable. Valet parking at Hotel ZaZa is not covered by your ticket price.
